Application :
CF pumps are self priming, side channel multistage pumps capable to handle gaseous liquids. CF pumps find usage in many areas like

 Construction Features :

CE pumps are self priming type owing to its regenerative type impellers design.

This pumps are capable to handle liquid and gas mixture.

Low NPSHR values permit high suction lift or operation close to evaporation temperature.

The design of the pump is suitable for operating speed upto 1750 rpm (max.)

Pump Casing :

These pumps are of modular construction and consist  of radially split section, such as Suction, Delivery & Interstage Side Channel Discs. Sealing is by means of radial gaskets.

Impeller :

Impeller are made of investment Cast Stainless Steel. There are regenerative type open impellers with very close tolerances and high degree of finish.

Pump Shaft :

The pump shaft is designed for heavy duty conditions and is supported by two grease lubricated antifriction bearings at drive and non drive end.

Stuffing Box :

Standard supply is gland packed stuffing box. Optionally pumps can be supplied with mechanical seal also/

Flanges :

Standard  :  DIN 2501 PN 40

Material of Construction :

Standard pump is available in C.I. Casings with Stainless Steel impellers. Also available in all Stainless Steel construction.
